Happiness is...

...knowing that spring is around the corner

...enjoying treasures from the brocantes

new handbag

...spending some quality time with a friend whilst EG is away
... having achieved a huge task (cutting the hedge along the road)

... discovering a great book sent from a friend in Canada

...soon being back in Merry Old England

  1. Bayou, even as I read the snowy forecast for this weekend, I still want to believe that Spring is getting closer and closer!

Your post is encouraging that thought. The workshop you'll be attending looks very interesting. Please do take your camera along and do a post about the workshop. Your brocante finds are rather wonderful, too.

  2. So...no where near Cornwall this time? Sounds like a very interesting workshop.

  3. It’s lovely to see spring flowers. I also think your view of the landscape around your home is very picturesque. I look forward to see what pretty things you will make during your English workshop.

  4. Thank you for stopping by my blog to comment on our lovely Gentlework workshop we did because now I can visit your beautiful blog too.

I LOVE your leather handbag which came with you - it is just so elegant & lovely ... just like you!

You have lots of hellebores too - mine are the first in flower in my garden & your photos remind me that I must go out & take some photos! I will be back often to enjoy your blog!

  5. Hi A! Lovely to see you - Thanks so much for calling in :)

It's lovely to see the beautiful place where you live on your blog and your sweet doggie - I also spotted your lovely handbag!, look forward to visiting you often here and seeing what exciting things you find at the fleamarket!
